Nutting Memorial Library

To Find Full-Text Journals

1. Go to Ejournals@MARVEL and enter a title.

2. Go to ScienceDirect, enter a journal title and look for the green key icon indicating full text.

3. Search for the journal in the library catalog to see if Maine Maritime Academy subscribes to it in paper or has electronic access.

4. Search Directory of Open Access Journals.

A few examples of the hundreds of electronic journals MMA has access to can be found here.

In addition, any article can be ordered if you have the bibliographic citation information. Provide us with the journal and article title, author, page numbers, date, volume and issue numbers. Email the information to library@mma.edu or make a copy of the information, write your name on it and leave it with a staff member.
